Since the 1950s, To Kwa Wan has evolved into a hub for light industry, with textiles, manufacturing, and toy factories shaping its identity. As you wander through the lively streets of Wing Hong Street, you’ll be greeted by rows of dense tenement buildings, where hanging laundry and air conditioning units create a vivid, authentic cityscape. Old garages and local shops line the streets, reflecting the area’s everyday vitality. At the end of the street stands the iconic pink Love Hua Building, a distinctive corner tenement that marks the intersection of two roads.
